Assignment: Create professional newsletter to incorporate into the annual campaign to build awareness and enhance branding. As a regional leader in their field, Frymire seeks to provide useful information to their clients and prospects, not just sales materials.

Results: The initial results are positive. Frymire moved from one newsletter to three formats (residential, commercial and employee). The audience-driven newsletter allows Frymire to tailor their messages appropriately. People are requesting regular contact from Frymire with new on-line programs.

Results: Fur the Animals generated double digit growth for the first 12 months, and maintained repeat customer purchases of 70%. However, the concept was quickly overwhelmed by better funded competitors.

Assignment: Educate financial services professionals that there was a new way to do business. Persuade financial advisors with substantial portfolios to explore moving their business to Prospera.

Results: 28% of direct mail recipients visited the website. 48% of people who visited the linear web advertisement viewed the entire site (7 pages). 19% of visitors asked to be contacted.
